Transferring Offices
Brokers can transfer an agent's licenses directly through the Montana Department of Labor and Industries website.
Complete all the Member Transfer Form below.
A transfer fee invoice of $25 will be emailed to you. A team member will follow up after two (2) business days if unpaid.
The fee must be paid BEFORE your transfer can be processed.
If there are any past-due balances or late fees on your account, they must also be paid in full before processing.
This only transfers your REALTOR® membership. You will need to complete a separate transfer with BSC MLS.
