Transferring Offices
Brokers can transfer an agent's licenses directly through the Montana Department of Labor and Industries website.
A $25 transfer processing fee must be paid to initiate the transfer.
If a credit card is on file, authorization to pay is included on the transfer form for your convenienc.
If no credit card is on file or authorization is not provided, a team member will follow up after two (2) business days.
The fee must be paid BEFORE your transfer can be processed.
If there are any past-due balances or late fees on your account, they must also be paid in full before processing.
This only transfers your REALTOR® membership. You will need to complete a separate transfer with BSC MLS.
MLS transfer will not be completed until verification of SMR transfer is attained.
