If there’s one area in a transaction that can be fraught with challenges, it’s the termination of a Buy-Sell Agreement and what happens to the earnest money. There are 4 different forms in MAR’s library for terminating a Buy-Sell Agreement, and an optional form for the release of earnest money. Knowing the differences between these forms and which one to use in a given situation is essential. This course will cover all these forms in detail and will provide real-world examples to help participants successfully navigate terminations.
