October 7, 2026 - IN PERSON COURSE

9:00 to 5:00 -  Military Relocation Professional

You’ll gain specialized knowledge to confidently serve active-duty military members, veterans, and their families by understanding PCS relocations, VA financing, military housing benefits, and the unique challenges of military moves. This certification helps you expand your client base, build a valuable referral network, better serve those who serve our country, and position yourself as a trusted expert in a high-demand real estate niche.

  • Understanding of the processes and procedures involved in a military relocation and how these impact service members’ relocation and housing choices

November 13, 2026 - IN PERSON COURSE

8:00 to 5:00 - Supervising Broker Endorsement

You’ll gain the knowledge, confidence, and credentials required to earn your Montana Supervising Broker Endorsement and successfully step into a leadership role. This course will prepare you to supervise agents effectively, manage risk, ensure compliance, and navigate real-world brokerage challenges—while building the leadership skills needed to support agent success and protect your brokerage.


Why it matters:
A Supervising Broker Endorsement is required to supervise salespeople in Montana. To obtain the endorsement, you must hold a Montana broker license and complete the required 8-hour Supervising Broker Pre-Endorsement Course. Once endorsed, you must complete one approved 4-hour Supervising Broker course each licensing year to maintain your endorsement and stay current on industry changes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
