Empowering Southwest Montana REALTORS® to Learn, Lead, Serve, and Shape the Future

The Southwest Montana REALTORS® Foundation is proud to support the professional growth and leadership development of Southwest Monana REALTORS® members by offering three (3) $750 scholarships to attend the Montana Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, better known as MARLA.

MARLA is designed to educate, encourage, and empower emerging REALTOR® leaders while strengthening their potential to serve at the local, state, and national levels. Through a combination of individual study, collaborative learning, and hands-on project experience, participants develop essential leadership skills, expand their industry knowledge, and build meaningful professional connections.

Candidates are responsible for researching the program beforehand and should contact the Montana Association of REALTORS® with any questions relating to it. 

Scholarship Eligibility:

• Applicants must be a current member of the Southwest Montana REALTORS®.
• As a part of the application, three (3) references.

Items to be submitted separately:

Upon applying for the scholarship:

• Candidates must provide proof of registration in the program by emailing foundation@swmtrealtors.com.

Upon completion of MARLA:

• Recipients are expected to provide a brief report about the experience, which will be shared with Foundation and SMR Boards of Directors.
