Empowering Southwest Montana REALTORS® to Learn, Lead, Serve, and Shape the Future

The Southwest Montana REALTORS® Foundation is proud to support the professional growth and leadership development of Southwest Monana REALTORS® members by offering two (2) $1,000 scholarships to attend the Montana Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, better known as MARLA.

MARLA is designed to educate, encourage, and empower emerging REALTOR® leaders while strengthening their potential to serve at the local, state, and national levels. Through a combination of individual study, collaborative learning, and hands-on project experience, participants develop essential leadership skills, expand their industry knowledge, and build meaningful professional connections.

Requirements:

• Candidates are responsible for researching the program beforehand

• Candidates must provide proof of registration in the program by emailing foundation@swmtrealtors.com.
• As a part of the application, three (3) references, must be provided.
• Recipients are expected to provide a brief report about the experience, which will be shared with Foundation and SMR Boards of Directors.
